Job Overview

The role of a Call Center Representative is to support various inbound and outbound customer service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage phone interactions with customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Retrieve and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document interactions and process claims.
  • Guide customers through available options to find the best solutions.
  • Follow established protocols and procedures while utilizing available resources.
  • Protect customer confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Evaluate complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate team members if necessary.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience working in call centers is essential.
  • Strong English language skills are crucial for success.
  • Typing speed should be 20 words per minute or higher.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital.
