Job Title: Technical Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled professional to create detailed technical drawings for various projects.

  • Create accurate and precise drawings using AutoCAD software for electric and plumbing plans and basic elevation designs.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to develop and refine project drawings.
  • Ensure all drawings adhere to project specifications and standards.
  • Review and update existing drawings to reflect changes and modifications.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a draftsman, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in electric and plumbing plans and basic elevation designs.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
  • Strong understanding of drafting principles, standards, and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with other CAD software and design tools.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and codes related to electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
