Job Title: Drafter/BIM Modeler

Architectural and engineering projects require precise drafting and 3D modeling. As a detail-oriented Drafter/BIM Modeler, you will support these projects by creating and modifying technical drawings, layout plans, and BIM models.

  • Develop 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
  • Interpret sketches, specifications, and design intent to produce accurate technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Update and maintain drawing sets and BIM files throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in clash detection, quantity take-offs, and visualization tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to company drafting standards and BIM protocols.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide technical input as needed.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting or BIM modeling in a professional setting.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation, layout planning, and elevation detailing.
  • Understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
  • Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools.
Soft Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in remote drafting or international projects.
  • Knowledge of rendering tools.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms.
  • Exposure to workplace safety and operational compliance standards.
