Drafter/BIM Modeler Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Drafter/BIM Modeler to support architectural and engineering projects through precise drafting and 3D modeling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for various architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
  • Interpret sketches, specifications, and design intent to produce accurate technical documentation
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with industry standards
  • Maintain drawing sets and BIM files throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist in clash detection, quantity take-offs, and visualization tasks
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting or BIM modeling in a professional setting
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, SketchUp)
  • Familiarity with construction documentation, layout planning, and elevation detailing
  • Understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials
