Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager

This is a senior-level position in digital marketing, requiring extensive experience and knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, CRM, and database management.


The role involves leading a team of digital marketers, driving growth through online presence, and implementing tailored solutions to meet client needs.


Key responsibilities include tracking, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance, as well as identifying KPIs and taking actions to improve overall search performance.


Additionally, the candidate must have strong knowledge of keyword research, ad spend, and placement, with the ability to test ad copy and optimize campaigns for lean performance.


Collaboration with BizDev teams is essential to optimize website performance for PPC success and SEO performance.


Experience with Brightedge SEO Software and HubSpot Marketing/CRM is a plus but not required.



Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of equivalent experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, CRM, and database management.
  • Ability to measure and report ROI and KPIs.
  • Previous experience managing a team of digital marketers.
  • Awareness of latest technology and digital best practices.
