Overview

Position: Digital Marketing Manager


MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of clients. We are focusing on increasing online presence and driving organic growth. The role requires reliability, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn on the job. Experience with marketing and CRM software is required.

Responsibilities
  • Support Directors and Leaders in marketing activities that maximize current and future sales and drive growth.
  • Identify and pursue aggressive new link building opportunities with internal and agency teams.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance; translate digital marketing goals into executable strategies.
  • Identify KPIs and take actions to improve overall search performance.
  • Conduct keyword research, advise on ad spend and placement, test ad copy, and optimize campaigns for lean performance.
  • Collaborate with BizDev to optimize website for PPC success and SEO performance.
  • Provide creative direction in collaboration with design teams.


Qualifications
  • Experience using marketing and CRM software is required.
  • Experience running lead generation campaigns using SEO, paid search, remarketing, video, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Experience with Brightedge SEO Software and HubSpot Marketing/CRM is a plus but not required.
  • Experience creating and implementing digital strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, CRM, and database management.
  • Ability to measure and report ROI and KPIs.
  • Previous experience managing a team of digital marketers.
  • Awareness of latest technology and digital best practices.
  • Requires 5+ years of equivalent experience.
