Marketing Associate Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Marketing Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in driving brand visibility and engagement across digital channels.

You will support strategic marketing planning, execute impactful content and communications campaigns, and ensure seamless coordination of operational projects, events, and partnerships.

Your ResponsibilitiesMarketing Support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign planning and strategy to support brand growth and lead generation.
  • Deploy newsletters, social posts, and campaigns across channels while maintaining brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
  • Repurpose existing content into social and email assets, ensuring quality and attention to detail.
  • Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, sharing insights to guide content strategy.
Partnership and Community Engagement
  • Support partnership marketing efforts, including B Corp collaborations and seasonal campaigns.
  • Engage with community members across comments and direct messages, reflecting the brand's tone and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and support internal campaign needs.
Operations Support
  • Coordinate logistics for events, experiences, and community activities.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including tracking priorities and timelines using project management tools.
RequirementsKey Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, content production, or similar roles.
  • Experience deploying content across email and social platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and strong analytical skills.
Desirable Skills
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
  • Experience working in fast-moving teams or purpose-driven brands.
