Accounting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong foundation in accounting and a proven track record in hands-on financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle financial processes, including month-end and year-end close to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to guarantee timely and accurate data entry.
  • Perform hands-on transactional bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking to optimize business performance.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support strategic decision-making and drive operational efficiency.
  • Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and forecast trends to inform business planning initiatives.
  • Assist in developing financial models, dashboards, and tools to drive business insights and enhance decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements to mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial planning initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in accounting roles with a strong understanding of both strategic financial planning and day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting.
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (non-negotiable).
  • Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Fully fluent in English.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time).
