Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

In this role, you will play a key part in the preparation and consolidation of annual and long-range financial plans for our company and its subsidiaries. This involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that our financial plans align with Japanese principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing consolidated profit and loss statements and balance sheet forecasts for business planning and achievement forecasting purposes. You will also assist in setting up standard costing per product/model, perform monthly OPEX and CAPEX performance reviews, and summarize the results.

Additionally, you will prepare comparative results of actual revenues, costs, and operating expenses against budgeted plans. As a supervisor, you will oversee the Financial Planning team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial analyses and forecasts on a regular basis.

As a key member of our finance team, you will perform cost and financial analysis, assist in preparing reports and support schedules required by our stakeholders, and comply with all relevant standards and regulations.

This is a mid-senior level position, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning and analysis. The role is full-time, and the industry is manufacturing and motor vehicle manufacturing.
