About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our business development efforts forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic plans to capitalize on these prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential clients, develop tailored proposals and pitch strategies to secure new business
- Build and maintain a robust network of contacts across various industries to stay informed about market trends and identify emerging opportunities
- Liaise with stakeholders to implement sales and marketing initiatives that align with our company's growth objectives
- Analyze financial data to inform revenue projections and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and pitch strategic partnerships or investments to potential clients
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues
- Business acumen, with a deep understanding of industry trends and competitor landscape
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or finance
Industry Expertise:
- Experience working in industries such as banking, insurance, fintech, ecommerce, education, real estate, recruitment, energy sector, or others
Preferred Skills:
- 1-4 years of experience in business development, sales, project management, or product management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
