We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team as a Chef de Partie in Manila.

About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of culinary staff, preparing menus, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of culinary staff to deliver high-quality dishes in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts to drive business growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 1-3 years of kitchen management experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel restaurant or high-level individual restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment, menu planning, and food safety protocols.
