Job Summary

We seek a skilled Cloud Collaboration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise environments and a passion for optimizing cloud-based collaboration, communication, and identity solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support Exchange Online services.
  • Manage Microsoft Teams policies, governance, voice integration, and lifecycle management.
  • Configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, permissions, and document libraries.
  • Administer Azure Active Directory, including user lifecycle, group management, and role-based access control.
  • Design and enforce Conditional Access policies to secure access to cloud resources.
  • Support Enterprise Registrations and device identity provisioning.
  • Manage and troubleshoot ADFS for secure authentication and single sign-on.
  • Ensure seamless integration between on-premises and cloud identity platforms.
  • Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application management.
  • Implement and support certificate-based authentication using NDES.
  • Oversee device enrollment and compliance using Autopilot and Intune policies.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and compliance alerts.
  • Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Provide end-user support through remote sessions and telephone calls.
  • Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and architectural diagrams.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in cloud collaboration engineering.
  • Deep knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience with Conditional Access, ADFS, Intune, NDES, and device registration.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, AZ-500) are a plus.
