Role Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing strategic direction to engineering teams, ensuring timely completion of projects within scope.
  • Leading multiple technical assets and collaborating with globally distributed teams.
  • Designing and implementing operations for the engineering team, including risk identification and resource allocation.
  • Ensuring quality deliverables through oversight and problem-solving.
  • Driving innovation by providing solutions to technical challenges.
  • Mentoring high-performing technical teams and developing them in their careers.
Key Requirements
  • Over 10 years of experience in technical software engineering.
  • More than 6 years of experience managing technical engineering teams.
  • At least 5 years of delivering technical products to live production environments.
  • Experience in executive stakeholder management and presentations.
