Client Success Manager

We are seeking a skilled Client Success Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for guiding clients from implementation through ongoing success, while also handling ad hoc tasks that support day-to-day operations.

As a Client Success Manager, you will act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are addressed. You will analyse client operations and recommend solutions tailored to their goals.

You will deliver projects, lead training sessions, and support successful adoption of solutions. Building long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and retention is key to your success in this role.

Additional responsibilities include identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within accounts, resolving client issues promptly, and working with internal teams to prevent recurrence.

To be successful in this role, you must stay updated on industry trends and solution technologies, monitor product usage, gather feedback, and share insights with the product team.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management, client success, or technology consulting (SaaS/analytics experience a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage accounts and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with international clients.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage both planned responsibilities and ad hoc work.
