We are seeking a motivated Freight Forwarding Operations Associate to join our logistics team at Inteluck Corporation. As a critical member of our operations team, you will assist in identifying and evaluating suppliers and carriers for international freight forwarding services.

Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and discussing rates to optimize cost-effectiveness. You will also track supplier performance and address any issues that may arise to maintain high-quality service standards.

Additionally, you will support the preparation and management of RFQs and RFPs. You will collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and assess supplier proposals.

Your analytical skills and ability to report on key procurement metrics will be essential in collecting and maintaining procurement and supplier performance data. You will create regular reports on procurement insights, cost-saving opportunities, and vendor performance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in procurement, vendor coordination, or supply chain management, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Basic knowledge of vendor sourcing, contract management, and rate negotiations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
