Decentralized Finance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Analyst/Specialist to join our diverse and talented technical support team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for algorithmic trading, be accountable for bringing high-quality technical solutions to community and customer concerns, and have experience with emerging technologies in the Crypto/Blockchain industry.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, influence our ways of working, and continuously learn from our existing team of experts while contributing your own ideas and competencies to help the business processes progress and innovate.

  • Manage user inquiries on all platforms using available information.
  • Serve as an escalation point for community/customer experience in high-touch escalations and platform incidents.
  • Be accountable for managing ticketed query systems and ensuring comprehensive databases of queries and resolutions are kept up to date.
  • Exercise critical thinking skills by establishing root causes of application errors and escalating serious concerns to higher-tier support groups.
Key Qualifications

About You (Must haves)

  • Motivated by creating a seamless support experience for a global community base.
  • Curious, proactive, and self-motivated with a passion for emerging technologies.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in incident management, technical support, and system administration.
  • Knowledgeable in various UNIX/Linux commands and functions.
  • Experience supporting highly automated and dynamic cloud environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise with end-to-end platform incident management using Zendesk or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills and adaptability to meet evolving needs of a high-growth organization.

Highly Desirable Experiences (must meet at least 4 requirements)

  • Strong knowledge of Crypto Trading, Jupyter Notebook, MySQL Workbench, Datadog, UNIX/Linux commands, Docker, and cloud-based technologies.
