Operations Financial Analyst Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Financial Analyst in the operations department of our organization.

As a financial analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing private company financials from Excel files and Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs).

You will also be required to evaluate company data to determine alignment with investment criteria, manage and update CRM systems (HubSpot and Insightly), and conduct outreach to business owners via email and phone to initiate conversations.

Additionally, you will support investor and partner communication by organizing data and follow-ups, and assist with various administrative and operational tasks, including follow-ups and scheduling.

Maintaining organization across deals and communications in a fast-moving environment is crucial for success in this role.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

">

Strong English fluency (spoken and written) is essential, as clear communication is critical.

">">

Experience in financial analysis, especially reviewing company financials and understanding business models, is also necessary.

">">

Proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data formatting; Google Sheets proficiency also acceptable) and hands-on experience using CRM tools like HubSpot and Instagate/Insightly are also required.

Comfortable making outbound phone calls to business owners and external stakeholders, highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals are ideal candidates for this role.

Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to shifting priorities, motivated self-starters who thrive in a remote environment are encouraged to apply.
