About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will provide financial planning and advisory services, assisting clients in insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service by offering personalized financial solutions.
  • Assist clients in selecting the most suitable insurance products based on their needs.
  • Provide accurate information about available insurance policies and products.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction rates.

Requirements:

  • A second-year college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in sales or financial advisory roles or customer service is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Amenability to work onsite in bank stores is necessary.
