As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial support and services to our clients. Your primary duties will include:

  • Managing daily receipting, monthly bank reconciliation, and bank account administration;">
  • Handling term deposit investments and maturity communications;">
  • Generating financial reviews and reports;">
  • Creating and managing monthly cashflow forecasts and budgets;">
  • Performing year-end financial checks and accrual journal entries;">
  • Preparing and reviewing quarterly BAS statements and yearly tax returns;">
  • Coordinating audits and liaising with external auditors on audit queries;">
  • Onboarding and offboarding new and lost businesses;">
  • Reviewing bot exception reports and completing tasks manually;">
  • Providing explanations and relevant information to various parties;">
  • Attending finance meetings with external clients (virtual meetings);">
  • Processing payroll and superannuation for building managers employed by the organization.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Degree qualification in accounting or a similar discipline;">
  • At least 4 years of accounting experience;">
  • Budget preparation experience;">
  • Financial statement understanding (profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow);">
  • Experience reviewing financial statements and communicating results to interested parties;">
  • Account reconciliation experience;">
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);">
  • Knowledge and previous experience in income tax and BAS (desirable).">
