Strategic Growth Marketing Role

The ideal candidate will be able to manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads to maximize return on investment. They will also conduct audience research and keyword analysis to drive smarter targeting and build digital strategies that enhance customer experience and user acquisition.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and generate performance reports
  • Implement SEM tactics including content optimization, link building and site performance improvements
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaign management
  • Strong knowledge of key performance metrics (CPC, CPI, CTR, ROAS)
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and consumer behavior
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think from the perspective of the user
