Job Title: Client Compliance Specialist

Job Overview

The Client Compliance Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless client integration into TaxDome and related systems while maintaining strict compliance with tax, bookkeeping, and licensing requirements.

This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to effectively manage the onboarding process, automate workflows, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Develop and implement efficient onboarding processes to collect and document all necessary information for new clients.
  • Automation: Design, build, and maintain automations within TaxDome to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and reduce manual errors.
  • Client Management: Manage client relationships, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion and optimal outcomes.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax, bookkeeping, and licensing requirements, ensuring clients remain compliant across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Staff Training: Provide ongoing training and support to staff members on TaxDome features, updates, and best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, bookkeepers, tax preparers, and payroll teams to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, communications, and task completion.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, staff, and external partners.
  • Organizational Abilities: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in TaxDome and related software applications, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Regulations: In-depth knowledge of tax, bookkeeping, and licensing requirements, including federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
