E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Operations Specialist to support the daily operations of our online sales channels. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring that our e-commerce accounts are properly maintained, with accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure key e-commerce accounts are serviced and up-to-date.
  • Support the account manager by pulling data, generating spreadsheets, and performing calculations to track performance.
  • Upload new products to various e-commerce platforms accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Review top-selling items, adjusting images, videos, and variations where needed.
  • Manage promotional pricing during sales periods and ensure accurate pricing across all platforms.
  • Coordinate product listing updates, pricing adjustments, and promotional campaigns with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with online marketplace platforms and ensure requirements are met.
  • Analyze e-commerce metrics, identifying opportunities to improve product listings, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience as an E-Commerce Coordinator or similar role.
  • Experience uploading products on Houzz and Cymax; Lowe's, Walmart, Amazon, and Target platforms are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, reporting, and analytics.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work under pressure.
