About the Role

We seek an accomplished Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, lead month-end closes, and provide financial reporting for diverse clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Policies and Procedures Development: Create and implement effective accounting policies and procedures
  • Vendor Management and AP Processes: Manage relationships with vendors and oversee accounts payable processes
  • AR and Cash Management: Oversee accounts receivable and cash management, including weekly cash flow forecasts and reconciliations
  • Month-End Close Procedures: Lead the month-end close process, review balance sheet schedules, and investigate variances
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Provide accurate financial reporting and analysis to clients and senior leadership
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance required
  • Work Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience in the U.S.
  • Certifications and Qualifications: CPA and/or MBA is a plus
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Quickbooks Online, Netsuite, or similar systems required
