Main Purpose of the Role:

As a Workday Payroll Consultant you will work to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base. You will work closely with team members as well as independently to manage your own workload. You'll be able to understand customer requirements designing and delivering solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Workday HCM Financials or Payroll Certification is required
  • You should have experience in a customer-facing consulting environment where you can build relationships and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • You should be able to plan your own workload meet deadlines and maintain high quality accuracy and attention to detail

You will support more junior members of the team share knowledge and come up with improvements in tools and processes to help the practice. You may be required to travel to customer sites in the same region minimal out of region travel may also be required.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics
  • Able to work within remote teams and alongside customers as well as on individual tasks with no supervision
  • Good presentation skills participating in workshops explaining functionality or solutions to customers
  • Aware of the importance of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and ensure security of information at all times
