Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  1. Handling incoming calls related to new patient intake, addressing inquiries from existing patients, and communicating with various healthcare providers regarding patient information.
  2. Managing multiple tasks concurrently, demonstrating the ability to switch between different responsibilities seamlessly and prioritize tasks based on deadlines to ensure all critical aspects of the intake process are addressed promptly.
  3. Conducting outbound calls to patients, patient representatives, and healthcare providers to relay updates and share important information concerning the patient's care.
  4. Receiving and routing associated source paperwork to and from staff members, working with department representatives as necessary to facilitate and expedite the efficient flow of documentation.
  5. Maintaining confidentiality of client records according to policy, extracting and releasing information in strict compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.
