About the Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill a key position in our dynamic team. As an Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will play a vital role in driving business success by optimizing warehouse operations and ensuring seamless supply chain management.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop accurate forecast models based on industry trends and market demand patterns, enabling informed decision-making for our business.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate risks associated with inventory management and logistics operations.
  • Promote solutions that enhance demand forecast accuracy and support data-driven business strategies.
  • Effectively communicate forecasts and inventory estimates to senior leadership, monitoring and reporting on sales projections and budget alignment.
  • Perform regular review and maintenance of forecast models to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in logistics, distribution, and warehousing, with a solid understanding of picking, warehousing, and logistics principles.
  • Proficiency in current practices and methodologies of warehouse operations.
  • Experience in Retail industry is highly valued.
  • Detailed knowledge of inventory management best practices and procedures.
  • Strong mathematical and statistical skills.
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
