Warehouse Admin

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse administration
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• With integrity, reliability, and a sense of responsibility.
• Physically fit to handle warehouse activities when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing items.
• Prepare and process documents such as delivery receipts, stock cards, requisition slips, and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Kitchen, and Operations teams regarding stock requirements and replenishments.
• Assist in conducting regular physical inventory and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance
• Monitor warehouse equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Safeguard company property and prevent pilferage, wastage, and loss.
• Support logistics in dispatching supplies for catering events, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
