Senior Risk and Control Analyst">

As a senior risk and control analyst, you will be responsible for providing support to the global wealth asset management risk groups in managing operational risks. This includes consolidating and reporting incidents, issues, and actions as well as aggregating metrics such as key risk indicators across various business units.

  • Support with monitoring the status and completion of business assessments and change management projects to ensure risk mitigation activities are executed efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other risk team members to build relationships and execute timely, accurate, and efficient management reporting.
  • Provide support to maintain key elements of the risk program by monitoring the status and completion of business assessments and change management projects.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests or inquiries as needed to ensure effective execution of risk governance and management programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years in internal/external audit or risk management is preferred. Essential experience includes RCSA, Business Incident Management, and handling KRIs. A theoretical understanding of Wealth and Asset Management is required, with financial industry experience being advantageous.
Educational Background:
  • A university degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance, or a related field is required.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are essential for effectively gathering and presenting data.
