We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our team.

Job Description:

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for financial reporting of ten to twelve properties. This includes maintaining balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations and other supporting schedules.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years related experience, a Bachelor's Degree and GAAP experience. Additionally, they should have strong Excel skills, be able to multi-task and meet deadlines, and possess strong interpersonal/communication skills.

The successful candidate will also have exposure to multiple entity ownership structures, multifamily experience preferred but commercial experience will be considered. Experience with partnership accounting and Yardi Voyager online system is also a plus.

In this role, you will work closely with the property management staff to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You will also identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and provide variance analysis on income statements.
