Product Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Manager to oversee the design, development, and implementation of our CRM system. The ideal candidate will have experience in building CRM strategies and working with platforms such as Salesforce.

Requirements

  2. Excellent technical knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud is desired.
  3. Product management skills: developing, managing and prioritizing a roadmap and backlog, considering competing business needs.
  4. Keen on problem solving, design thinking, & user experience – ability to generate creative solutions to specific customer problems using design thinking.
