Job Title

A Bookkeeper / Account Administrator is required to manage financial operations across multiple entities.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires working with multiple accounting systems, including Dext and Xero for Australian operations, and Exact and Facecode for European operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, especially vlookup, attention to detail, and high accuracy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Process accounts payable invoices and payments
  • Handle accounts receivable sales entries and statements
  • Download and prepare financial reports from various systems
  • Perform data entry and maintain records in accounting systems
  • Process transactions in Dext and Xero for Australian operations
  • Learn and operate Exact and Facecode systems for European operations
  • Generate and distribute financial statements
  • Maintain accurate financial records across entities
  • Execute Excel functions like vlookup for analysis
Requirements
