We are seeking a skilled Operations Financial Analyst to analyze private company financials and provide insights to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and evaluate financial data from Excel files and CIMs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, including HubSpot and Insightly, to track customer interactions and preferences.
- Support investor and partner communication by organizing data and providing timely updates.
- Maintain organization across deals and communications in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong English fluency and financial analysis experience, with proficiency in Excel and CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- A mix of mature professionalism and startup energy, proactive, curious, and motivated.
- Background in private equity, consulting, finance, or investment analysis is a plus.
