Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing complex tool setups involving data validation to ensure seamless title launches on our service.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments, possess strong project management skills, and have experience working with global teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in asset and/or project coordination, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.

Key responsibilities will include conducting thorough audits of title setups, updating dashboards/task management queues, and becoming well-versed in the Netflix tooling ecosystem.

Additionally, the selected candidate will create and maintain workflow documentation, action on high-volume tasks, and develop operational and technical expertise as it relates to title launches.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in asset and/or project coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly adapt to changing project requirements
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize concurrent tasks
  • Adept in project tracking and task management systems such as Airtable
  • Ability to grasp technical workflows quickly and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
