Talent Acquisition Leader

This role oversees the process of identifying, attracting, and onboarding skilled professionals to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans and programs
  • Manage a team responsible for hiring and sourcing talent, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure quality candidates
  • Analyze data to identify gaps and trends, contributing to the development of recruiting metrics and analytics
  • Utilize various resources to attract and source qualified candidates, enhancing diversity recruitment strategies
  • Partner with HR and Compensation to develop competitive compensation packages and offers
  • Ensure maintenance of accurate records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process
  • Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with local rules and regulations

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, 7+ years of experience, and at least 2 years of progressive management experience. Strong communication skills, Microsoft Office skills, and ability to interpret and analyze recruiting metrics are essential. The candidate should also be able to lead a team, mentor, and coach employees.

Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and interpret recruiting metrics, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
