Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for this luxury project.
  • Generate qualified leads from international markets using online campaigns to drive sales.
  • Build and grow a strong social media presence across platforms.
  • Create a monthly content calendar and optimize Reels, stories, and posts.
  • Set up and run paid campaigns targeting potential investors and buyers.
  • Support the launch of a new website, including showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Establish a structured lead qualification system to filter for serious investors.
  • Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • A strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • The ability to independently create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • A creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
