- Pass along qualified leads to account executives and support them in follow-up communication.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Achieve targets related to calls made, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing sales training to improve skills and sales effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (required).
- No prior experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects.
