Overview:

A seasoned and skilled Mice Manager is required to drive our business forward. The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of experience in the travel industry, with a strong network of contacts and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans for market growth, competitor analysis, and client base expansion.
  2. Establish and maintain productive relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  3. Negotiate favorable agreements with suppliers and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  4. Lead and coach team members to identify new sales opportunities and develop compelling proposals.
  5. Ensure accurate documentation of agreements and oversee their timely fulfillment.
  6. Plan and allocate resources effectively to handle travel arrangements.
  7. Monitor payments and coordinate with the finance department for collection of receivables.
