**Flight Ticket Booking Specialist Wanted**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to manage customer travel-related requests, including bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in using global distribution systems (GDS) tools such as Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer travel-related requests using GDS tools
  • Provide professional and accurate assistance via email or chat
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with service standards
  • Accurately update booking details and maintain proper documentation
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while adhering to travel policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience using GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar platforms)
  • High school graduate (K-12), college level, or graduate
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
