The job requires a high level of schedule adherence, with minimal unscheduled breaks. Real-time monitoring ensures that agents are meeting their targets. Training is provided, with a focus on developing skills and knowledge.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 12+ months of contact center experience, and proficiency in both Spanish and English. B2 language certification is required for non-native speakers. CRM systems experience is an asset.
Additional requirements include a quiet workspace, reliable internet connection, and a working camera and headset. All agents must have backup internet available in case of an outage.
