Workforce Planning Role

The role of a Workforce Planner involves analyzing data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. This includes predicting work volume, handling time, and staff shrinkage to enhance workforce management and center-wide performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing workforce metrics, including turnover rates, employee demographics, and performance metrics to ensure accuracy.
  • Predicting work volume and handling time to optimize workforce planning.
  • Collecting and maintaining business data to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Highly proficient in Excel and MS Suite products, including Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Sales system (Pipedrive), CRM, and phone system.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or related experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management, reporting analysis, business intelligence, or related field.
  • Excellent critical thinking, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
