The ideal candidate will oversee workforce management, focusing on optimal staffing levels through effective planning.


Duties and Responsibilities include:
  • Reporting directly to senior leadership.
  • Utilizing forecast models to ensure seamless transitions between shifts.
  • Monitoring employee attendance and attrition rates daily.
  • Collaborating with Talent Acquisition and Operations teams to match new hires with client needs.
  • Developing solutions to optimize workflow using various tools and technologies.
  • Managing offboarding processes to remove access for exiting employees.
  • Tracking account churn and working closely with leadership and Talent Acquisition to secure timely replacements.
  • Maintaining accurate records of active employees, including organizational charts and reporting lines.
  • Providing regular workforce health updates and coordinating staffing needs as required.
Deliverables:
  • Employee count by job level.
  • Prior Day, WTD, and MTD attendance and attrition rates.
  • Client-specific churn rates and geo-specific reports.
  • Ad-hoc reports as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in workforce management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in workforce tools and data management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
