Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and resolving any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously, while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries and concerns.
  2. Clarify customer requirements and provide resolution to customer issues in a timely manner.
  3. Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, and demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
  4. Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
  5. Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three to six months of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Dependability and strong attention to detail.
