Documentary Specialist

Sinch ClickSend is a cloud-based communications platform offering multi-channel business communications. It has SMS at its core and powers billions of messages annually but expanded to become an all-in-one platform offering various channels.

We're looking for a Senior Documentation Specialist/Technical Writer. The role involves writing, maintaining, and publishing user-friendly documentation to support our Communications API and Design System.

  • Engage with developers across multiple domains to gain a deep understanding of the ClickSend API and supporting products.
  • Collaborate with the developer community to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring that all documentation is aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Own and manage our API documentation, ensuring it follows a consistent, well-structured format and meets customer expectations.
  • Write user-friendly content transforming complex technical information into something accessible, engaging, and delightful.
  • Provide code-snippets and on-page technical content for our developer portal.
  • Advocate for our technical users and participate in customer-centric research.
  • Aid in the creation and maintenance of a company-wide design system.
  • Collaborate with brand copywriters to ensure that all written content has a consistent tone-of-voice.
