Remote Virtual Assistant Role

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant to support a top-producing Realtor based in Maryland.

  • Social Media & Marketing:
  • Manage brand consistency and engagement.
  • Run basic reports and assist with paid ads (Facebook/Google).
  • Monthly newsletters, drip campaigns, and website updates.
  • Organize and manage leads.
  • Tag, update, and clean contact data.
  • Perform skiptracing and validate information.
  • Nurture leads via SMS, email, and follow-up.
  • Send daily end-of-day reports.
  • Admin Support:
  • Assist with buyer/seller presentations.
  • Maintain systems, SOPs, and basic financial tracking.
  • Use tools like Asana, GSuite, Excel.
Requirements
  • Experience supporting a Realtor (Keller Williams is a plus).
  • Strong skills in social media and CRM tools.
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
  • Comfortable working EST hours (Maryland time).
