Remote Business Development Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven professional to manage client accounts, develop new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure proactive communication and timely issue resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Handle product inquiries, resolve issues, process orders, and facilitate returns in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Lead Generation; industry experience is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including overnight hours, in coordination with U.S. operating hours
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
