Job Overview:
Olympic Village Enterprises Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Retail Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services to effectively meet customer needs
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales objectives and improve overall store performance
• Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to maintain a well-organized and appealing store environment
• Perform daily tasks such as cleaning and arranging merchandise, checking pricing, and reporting competitors' activities to the Sales Coordinator or Immediate Superior

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in any field, with college graduates preferred
• At least 6 months of good selling performance experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Hardworking, honest, and people-oriented individual with a positive disposition
• Ability to multitask, work fast, and adapt to a dynamic retail store operation schedule
• Customer service orientation and willingness to work under cooperative/agency arrangements
