Join Our Team:
Olympic Village Enterprises Inc. is seeking a talented Entry Level Merchandising Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve targets
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Stay up-to-date with product information and market trends to provide expert advice to customers
• Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to maintain a well-organized store environment
• Perform daily tasks such as cleaning and arranging merchandise, checking pricing, and reporting competitors' activities to the Sales Coordinator or Immediate Superior

Requirements:
• Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in any field, with college graduates preferred
• At least 6 months of good selling performance experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, work fast, and adapt to a dynamic retail store operation schedule
• Customer service orientation and willingness to work under cooperative/agency arrangements
