Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve targets
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Stay up-to-date with product information and market trends to provide expert advice to customers
• Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to maintain a well-organized store environment
• Perform daily tasks such as cleaning and arranging merchandise, checking pricing, and reporting competitors' activities to the Sales Coordinator or Immediate Superior

Requirements:
• Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in any field, with college graduates preferred
• At least 6 months of good selling performance experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, work fast, and adapt to a dynamic retail store operation schedule
• Customer service orientation and willingness to work under cooperative/agency arrangements
