Teaching Role Overview

This position involves providing a top-notch educational experience for students aged 8-12. We seek educators who utilize data-driven and tech-enabled approaches to primary education and collaborate with a global team.

We are looking for specialists in upper elementary levels (Year 3-6) to start at the beginning of the academic term in the Asia Pacific region.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Deliver exceptional educational experiences for every student, focusing on their growth and well-being
  2. Curate and create content, collaborating with other educators to refine teaching methods
  3. Maintain a harmonious learning environment through collaboration with adults and children
  4. Contribute to team growth by attending meetings and sharing expertise
  5. Provide daily feedback to support student progress
  6. Ethical considerations must be prioritized in all work activities
  7. Pursue interests and expertise within product and company development
  8. Develop efficient processes for future classrooms, enhancing both student and teacher experiences
  9. Analyse student feedback and develop new teaching strategies to drive continuous improvement
  10. Collaborate closely with all team members

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of teaching experience, preferably with students aged 8-12
  • A Master's degree in Education or a related field
  • Experience testing new tools and digital offerings in Ed-tech
  • Cultural awareness to ensure diverse and inclusive classroom environments
  • A commitment to ongoing training and professional growth
  • A mindset aligned with our values, ethics, and morals
  • First language English; additional languages are a bonus
