Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to provide strategic support to the procurement team in managing vendor relationships, contract administration, and cost control.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing vendor accreditation, onboarding, and ongoing vendor administration based upon specific country requirements.
  • Preparing and facilitating contracts with suppliers, utilizing templates and processes to ensure accuracy in areas such as Scope of Work, Pricing, Site & Vendor Performance.
  • Managing, reviewing, and participating with team members to develop bid packages, facilitate RFP activity, and analyze quotations.
  • Researching supply base for consolidation and improvement in service levels.
  • Preparing and distributing reports and statistical data to facilitate planning and maintenance of accurate contract records and files.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Manager (or similar role) with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing, and vendor management.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and management, including English language.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
